Job Description

💠Greet & assist customer, manage Inquiries & handle day-to-day operations at the operation desk.

💠Caring for plants, providing customers with information about the plants, and handling sales.
💠Making phone calls to attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities

🔰Conduct calls to attract new customers and ensure that every day visit 20+ farmers.
🔰Caring for plants, providing customers with information about the plants, and handling sales.
🔰Monitoring and managing daily operations.
🔰Build Client relationships
🔰Greet & assist customer, manage Inquiries & handle day-to-day operations at the reception desk.

Requirements

♻️Male & Female both will be taken for the job of Field Marketing (Sales Representative) in Agriculture Department.
♻️promotes and sells a company’s products or services by identifying prospects, conducting demos, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

♻️Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identifying potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

♻️Sales Process Management:
Handling the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and providing after-sales support.

♻️Product Presentations:
Demonstrating product features and benefits to prospects, tailored to their specific needs.

♻️Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve or exceed sales quotas.

♻️Relationship Management:
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.

♻️Reporting & Administration:
Creating daily/weekly sales reports, sales forecasts, and updating client database

♻️Communication Skill in Hindi,English & Any One Regional Language.
