Please read these Rules & Regulations carefully. By registering, purchasing any package, or becoming a CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise with SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP, you agree to be bound by these Rules & Regulations.

01. Refund Policy & Application

Registration fees, any charges (Delivery / Postal Charge), Products / Package price are not refundable at any case. Application to purchase / advance booking product of SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP must be on the prescribed forms only.

02. Receipts & Non-Refundable Payments

You must obtain proper receipts of any payment made by you; the amount paid towards purchase package shall not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.

03. Non-Refundable Fees & Prices

Registration fees, Products / Package price are not refundable at any case.

04. Tree Collection & Maintenance Charges

You can take the tree by paying the full amount before the due date. Maintenance charges will be applicable if the tree is taken after the due date, ₹50/- per tree for one month.

05. Plant Care & Documentation

(i) After plant received from (SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP) company you / Framer have to send Video / photo of the plant and after planting; (ii) You / Frarmer have to send Video / photo of the plantation once in every week, And (iii) You / farmers must have to take care of any plant as per companies rules and regulations, otherwise company not taking any responsibilities about plant replacement & on time Crops Production. (iv) Weekly WhatsApp us on 7557830263 (v) After 45 days of registration / Framing Traning, If you satisfied fill up the declaration and order from online / offline then you get your best seed / live plants within 15 days, date of place order. (vi)Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

06. Mushroom Package Trial & Change

Package A01, A02 & A03 at any package you get only 2 packs (400gm) seed for trial up to two times for Oyster & Milky Mushroom Cultivation. If you satisfied fill up the declaration and order from online / offline then you get your rest seed within 15 days. If you not satisfied at any reason, change your Package with another Package code given below D01, D02, D03, D04 charge applicable 2000/- (Package Cancelation Charge) & 18% GST of Current Package Price.

07. Package G Change & Cancellation

After 15 Days of Registration of package G01, G02 & G03 at any package you have booked. If you not want to cultivating, at any reason, change your Package with another Package code given below D01, D02, D03, D04 charge applicable 2000/- (Package Cancelation Charge) & 18% GST of Current Package Price.

08. Farming Start After 45 Days

After 45 days from the day you register, you will be able to start farming with all the seeds / live plants of the product you have taken by order (Fill up the declaration and order from online / offline then you get your rest seed within 15 days of Product Oder Form).

09. Ginger Cultivation Seeds Distribution

All member is given seeds for Ginger Cultivation between March to June every year, farmers will be able to start farming with all the seeds of the products farmer have taken by order (before 25 days).

10. Live Plants Distribution

All farmers are given Live Plants for Coconut / Khajur / Anjeer / Vanilla / Sandalwood / Agar wood etc. minimum 25 days of Registration, farmers will be able to start farming with all the live plants of the Package (products) farmer have taken by order (before 25 days).

11. Delivery Charges

If the company or we have to deliver the product to you, you have to pay the delivery charge as per market price.

12. Authorized Payments & Receipts

You must obtain proper receipts of any payment made by you toward the booking of Package from authorized offices as per the list published time to time. Subsequently also collect the final receipt send by company. And our authorize officer on receipt of amount at company. The company shall not be responsible for remittance made at any other place or to any CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise.

13. Authorization for Promotion

On purchase / booking on the Package, all application will be authorized for promoting the Package of the company

14. No Employment or Joint Venture

On purchase / booking on the Package the registration the company does not create any employee-employer relationship, or joint venture between the CPD & the company.

15. Eligibility Criteria

Any individual whose age is 18 years or above and reading in India is eligible to become CPD (Farmer) / CBD / IBC / Franchise.

16. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Amount paid toward booking of SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP. Purchase package shall not be refunded or transferred under any circumstance. In case any individual does not qualify please refer to rule no. 11,12

17. Drafts & Payment

All drafts should be made in favor of SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP. Payable at Head Office / Corporate Office.

18. Package Delivery & Discount

Package will be delivered after 45 days subject to availability and receiving full payment towards purchase of the package at the company’s corporate office. Discount coupon valid from one month of product purchase/ booking. Or as per Describe on Coupon.

19. Product Purchase & Delivery Charges

All product purchase offered at Corporate Office, All Our Branches and any delivery Charges Levied by the CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise.

20. Damaged Package & Claims

If any of the package is founds damaged/ spoiled kindly within 24 hours to Authorize Service Center or Franchise. No claim will be considered thereafter. The company reeves the right to change / replace discontinue any of the package its pieces without any prentice. The company will not compensate any amount due to any change in price of package being out of stock.

21. Termination/Suspension

Termination/ Suspension: any CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise may be terminated / suspended from the company if (i) He / She join any agriculture company of the same nature (ii) He / She found misguiding / converting any other business to CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise of SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP. (iii) He / She misbehave at the SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP. Authorized Service Center during meeting / Seminar etc.

22. Authority & Liability

The CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise will not have any authority, right to incur any debt/ liabilities / obligation on behalf of the company.

23. Awareness of Rules

All CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise should be make themselves aware of all commencement, rule, regulation, Policies, circulars and product of the Company from time to time

24. Company Responsibility Disclaimer

The company shall in no way be held responsible if any claims made by any CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise regarding any payment any specified time period any of payment not supported by company on an individual basis.

25. Misrepresentation Prohibition

The Signature of CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise shall not try to promote any product / service that are no provided by the company by falsely impressing the general public / fellow Signature of CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise that the product and services are supplied by the company.

26. Unauthorized Claims Prohibition

The CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise shall not make any such claims. Commitment to the general public about the company his position if purpose other than as specified by the company.

27. Income Guarantee Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee any define income to any CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise.

28. Amendments to Rules

The Company shall have the right to make any amendment in Business Plan, Rules and Commission. If necessary and the CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise shall abide by such changes.

29. Death & Nomination

Upon the death of the Signature of CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise the right and responsibilities of the Signature of CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise are passed on to rightful nominees as per the law. The nominee shall be bound by the term ant condition of the Signature of CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise and abides by the companies’ rules and regulation.

30. Introducer Recognition

SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP. Recognizes the Introducer as shown on the first entered original applicant, dated by the applicant and entered into the SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP Computer system. No claim with respect to wrong introducer ID / Farmer ID / Franchise ID put by the applicant will be entertained by the company.

31. Rejection & Termination Rights

SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP. Reserves the right to reject any applicant without assigning any reason. Management also reserves the right to terminate any Signature of CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise without assigning any reason whatsoever.

32. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of this agreement or its related matter shall be referred to a single arbitrator, to be appointed by the company. The Signature of CPD (Farmer) / Distributor / CBD / IBC / Franchise as all has no right to raise any objection on appointment of the arbitrator or the manner whatsoever. All disputes are subject at Burdwan / Kolkata Jurisdiction only.

33. Annual Product Cost Increase

Product cost Increasing Every Year 10% that is (i.e.) 1st Year Product Cost 2022, ₹6200/-, 2nd Year 2023 ₹6820/-, and 3rd Year 2024, ₹7502/-

34. Starter Kit & Forms Pricing

Starter Kit - Sales Promotion Product Manual 1 Leaflet, 1 Form for Purchase Any 1 Registration Offline Form, Online Login Pin. Next by Purchase, Leaflet Rs. ₹10/- and Registration Offline Form Rs. ₹5/-. And for 2nd Time Application Offline Form Rs. ₹5/-.

35. Training Certificate & Digital ID

Each member has to pay Rs. ₹150/- for the training certificate. And postal charge of Rs ₹50/- with KYC. For Digital ID card, the member has to deposit Rs. ₹500 with KYC.

36. SAMIUNNISA Scholarship

It is mandatory to have a training certificate issued by SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP for SAMIUNNISA Scholarship Scheme. Only one member of the family can apply for this scholarship.

37. Plant Care & Payment Warning

After plant received from (SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP) company you have to send Video / photo of the plant and after planting, you have to send Video / photo of the plantation once in every week, otherwise (SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP) company not taking any responsibilities about plant replacement and Crops Production. you are not take care of any plant as per (SAMIUN AGROMARINE LLP) companies’ rules and regulations, then company not going to take any responsibility about plant replacement and Crops production. If you pay cash to the person on to a collection center, the company will not be responsible for it, so deposit the money in the company specific bank account.
